Every group of stores we purchase and refranchise as individual stores is already successful, has an established customer base and is a well run profitable operation from the day we turn over the keys to our carefully selected franchisees. We also believe that our customers will appreciate that we are good stewards of our planet; our factories are “green” and we use only cleaning products that are environmentally friendly.
Customer Service: We value our customers, and are committed to deliver extraordinary service. We’ll offer an experience which will set us apart from other typical retail experiences the consumer may have. Providing guarantees that garments will be right the first time and on time or we won’t charge them is at the core of our philosophy; we must please our customers. Our stores are bright, friendly, welcoming, and open 7 days a week.
Superior Quality: We use our “hub and spoke” model to insure consistent quality production. At our processing plants, garments are inspected at 6 different times prior to completion to insure they are just right. Our Company recognizes the personal nature of our customer’s garments, and the difference that an organized and efficient processing facility makes. As we never really know if we have a customer’s favorite outfit, or an item of sentimental value, we simply treat each individual garment as such. Our incentive pay systems for the workers in the processing facilities are based on these standards of high quality, and our customer ultimately benefits. Additionally, we are the only operator in the country with multiple “hub and spoke” platforms.
