The market opportunity for U.S. Dry Cleaning is enormous. The need exists, in high volume, but the solution evades even the savviest of consumers. Our Company’s goal to seize this enormous market is accomplished through the conversion of dry cleaning stores into comprehensive Garment Care Centers, and to inform our customers about this quickly and efficiently.

Consumer Dissatisfaction: Over 68% of dry cleaning customers today are dissatisfied with their experience. Language barriers and socio-economic differences between the classic proprietor and their customers make it nearly impossible to achieve a high level of service. In a typical store, the customer service rep, the presser, and the delivery person are all the very same person. These operations are typically so small that an owner has to wear multiple hats, and cannot afford specialization and its benefits. Additionally, from a processing perspective, having the actual plant on premises crowded into a small retail space is quite inefficient and ineffective in producing a quality deliverable. The superior design of our “hub and spoke” platform simply delivers consistently better results at a lower cost.

Consumers Have No Spare Time: Today’s society is obsessed with time management, whether or not most admit to it. The new technological advances today can almost always be tracked to ultimately saving the user time, or at a minimum making a process more efficient. The creation of shopping malls, food courts, “big box” retailers, etc. illustrate a prime example of the consumer demand to reduce the number of trips to accomplish the errands and tasks that overcrowd their life. The care of their clothing, including footwear, handbags, luggage, laundry, and tailoring is no exception to this rule. Most consumers solve this conflict by simply going without the services.

Residential Laundry – Evolution or Revolution? Even as the single largest segment of the Garment Care Industry in terms of potential revenue, Residential Laundry is still widely unknown by most people. Today’s consumer has embraced the outsourcing of services in many staple industries. The consumer services industry has been nurtured by their customer’s need to save time, coupled with an ability to provide at a lower cost. Mowing our lawns, changing the oil in our car, cleaning our pools, even drinking water in a method other than turning the faucet on your kitchen sink or slurping from the garden hose are now distant memories. Even within garment care, the ironing board and home sewing kit are quickly becoming scarce items in the average American household. Taking this to the next step is a natural progression for the consumer that is to outsource all laundry services. The key to this happening quickly, thus a revolution versus the evolution which has occurred in other industries, is the ability to offer the services at a reasonable cost, and the communication to the masses that it actually exists, and is available.
